Hope Now International is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity

As Hope Now International is 100% volunteer run, it is a priority for our organization to clearly communicate and present all financial data to our partners and volunteers.

Hope Now International is a 501(c)(3) organization, and all gifts are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law. Hope Now International is audited annually by an independent public accounting firm.

HopeNow International is committed to having no paid staff including management, solely operating with unpaid volunteers and even executives who work without compensation. Through this dedication HopeNow is able to allocate financial donations to providing services and resources to the children and families that it serves.

Conflict of Interest Policy

HopeNow International’s (HNI) Conflict of Interest Policy and Florida State Statute (HNI Policy Article 12, Conflict of Interest / Florida Statute 617.0832) require that any officer or employee who believes their personal business life conflicts with the best interests of the organization to report that conflict to the board. They are required to voluntarily excuse themselves from voting on or becoming actively involved in those activities that may potentially benefit them financially. HopeNow International requires officers and employees to disclose potential conflicts of interest on an annual basis. Officers with an on-going conflict of interest should voluntarily remove themselves from their position.
